In all countries of this world there are advantages and disadvantages for a real estate choice.

To generate the culture, the infrastructures, the distance, the linguistic hurdles and the possibility income complicate the choice of an emigration aim considerably.

If one positions himself now before one could get this on a common denominator, only one solution remains after thorough consideration. The aim must be simply to be reached be regardless of connections which can be also used in a sort of “emergency” reliably.
We want to poke no fear with the statement, but a consideration should be worth it.

Apulia offers a varied infrastructure which for all kinds of shops to enterprises and also jobs in certain occupations clearance forms. The linguistic hurdle poses no much too big problem in Italy. Partial German and English is spoken and Italian learns itself relatively easily.

The people

The Italian temperament is legendary; it is a true symbol of passionate, receptive and free people. This was not accidental Stereotyped. The Italians are incredibly spirited and open. Nevertheless, depending on the region of the residence her character can vary. The Italians fancy no life without communication – they carry on informal conversations with every opportunity, all the same how she trusts with her interlocutor are. The Italians begin every day with a cup of strong aromatic coffee and end every evening with a glass of wine in the society of narrow friends or relatives. Meet friends, relatives or friends, kiss each other necessarily twice on the cheeks.

The country

  • In summer it is mostly good weather with the bright summer sun
  • Good price-performance ratio. Above all if we buy a house / flat in the country with a big property. In the regions which are liked very much, e.g., Tuscany, the same houses are often clearly expensive.
  • Houses in the country are big as a rule and respectable
  • Big variety of the architectural styles
  • Sure procurement procedures
  • For the integrity of estate agents and notary publics guarantees our team
  • Tasty food and excellent wines for a reasonable price
  • They can travel simply and at a reasonable price to Italy, (at least for most West Europeans)
  • Good possibility of the renting as summer cottage (additional taking)
  • Excellent local services
  • The relaxed and slower tempo of the land life
  • The warmth of the Italian people
  • The timeless beauty of Italy

Food

The tradition of the kitchen which has deeply rooted in the apulischen culture represents an easy and delightful kitchen which is based on fresh and local products. All this food good for every lovers allows of course space for the last question: What should one eat in Apulia? Indeed, this area has many local ingredients for the choice: Chickpeas, herbs and spices, olive oil and olives, tomatoes and of course more fresh fish. A special typical main focus lies on courts with Kohl, tomatoes, paprika, aubergines, artichokes, broccoli and thistles. Exactly that’s why some of the best traditional Italian courts come from Apulia, the region of the heel.[/vc_column_text][vc_media_grid element_width=”6″ grid_id=”vc_gid:1626907003413-7c98ee75-9230-3″ include=”1262,1263″][vc_column_text]The wine

In the past wines from Apulia at the international market played no role, the biggest part of the production was simply resold in tanks. This has changed in the meantime and thus are also found in the region Apulia ansehliche wines. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc deliver good results in Apulia. Appreciable Rebsorten for white wines are Bombino Bianco, Cahrdonaay and Sauvignon Blanc. With the red wines are found above all Negroamaro, Nero di Troia, Primitivo and Malvasia Nera – mainly in the region of Salento. Besides, high-quality wines from Nero di Troia Traube are produced all around Bari. Red wines are produced predominantly, but also white wines are represented in the wine-growing in Apulia. In contrast to many other regions of Italy there are relatively many level wine-growing areas, the cultivation in hills puts out only about 30% of the whole wine production.

In him from May to October the average temperatures climb regularly about the 25-degree brand and culminate in July and August with values about 30 degrees.

Also for older people it is pleasant and not incriminating. Already after relatively short time an acclimatisation them places for it one worries to the varying environmental factors adapts.

Apulia offers magnificent places of interest for excursions to all possible areas. Here a few examples:

  • Castel del Monte – world cultural heritage site in Andria…
  • Monopoli e le grotto Tu Castellana…

  • Penisola Salentina…
  • Alberobello – The town Trulli…

  • East university – The white town.

With mild climate and sunny weather one saunters in rococo facades past. Close Lecce a soft tuff stone which has produced wonderfully pretty pieces of art in completely Italy is diminished. In form completion he may be marvelled at in the basilica Santa Croce. The golden Wandvertäfelungen are fascinating and the detailed craze the builder lets the breath falter.

The panoramas in the mountain range Monti della Daunia are as impressive. Apulia borders here on Kampanien and reaches his highest point at the summit of 1152-metre-high Monte Cornacchia. The summery-hot weather requires from travellers a lot of perseverance, however, recompenses with a phenomenal panorama over Italy. The nicest destinations in the north of Apulia are represented by the island San Nicola and the neighbouring national park Gargano. The Foresta Umbra belongs to the protective area of the Gargano peninsula and offers the perfect climate for thousands upon thousands of pines.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Our goal

Wonderful and performable quality of life

The cost of living in Italy is lower than those of some other countries like Great Britain or other North European nations. One can call no exact amount because there is a big discrepancy between the cost of living in the tourist regions like Rome and the rural areas, or between the northern regions (more expensive) and the southern regions (performable).
A few examples:
– Pizza: 5 € – 9 €
– Cornetto and cappuccino: about 3 €
– Beer: about 3.50 €

Many people think that it was too expensive to live in Italy. Nevertheless, this is very much depending on the respective life style. One must spend no property to be able to enjoy the stay in Italy. Beyond the tourist areas one can afford to live in Italy, provided that one lives like a local. This indicates to eat the regional products, to take the public means of transportation and to drink the home wine.

Excellent public traffic system in Italy

Italy disposes of an excellent streets and motorway network work. Everywhere with it you get.

But one can also use simply different transport possibilities, if you cannot afford it or you do not want to take your own car.

One can choose whether one liked to travel by a high-speed train which brings one by Milan, Rome and Naples, or by the coach which is the leistbarere alternative in some cases. Especially the coach is also a good choice if it goes in smaller villages which do not lie along the section.

Italy is often called “il bel paese” what translates literally „the nice country“ means; a name which probably comes from one of the biggest writers of the world, Dante Alighieri, to the author of the divine comedy. Could one dare to contradict? Highly rising snowy mountains, a splendid and vast coastal line, low grass-covered levels and thousands and thousands upon thousands of from hills. In addition big metropolises, sleepy villages in the country, seasonal bathing resorts, stylish ski places in winter. A country of the contrasts and contradictions, historically significant and richly in architecture. Passionately, vividly and sometimes also a little bit moves!

Mediterranean climate – Many people think with Italy of a hot summer, but Italy really has four clearly defined seasons. Intensive summer heat gives way to a mild autumn. Indian summer are no rarity and in some years one can eat till October “al fresco”. The winters are relatively short and bring a lot of snow in the mountains, but a little under the freezing point in other areas. The spring begins early (March!) and often contains great beach days to begin with the summer brownness. It is really present for everybody a little bit!

Art & culture – The official art towns are of course Venice, Florence and Rome. But this excludes the wealth of cultural, artistic and architectural phenomena which one finds in completely Italy. The history bursts literally of every brick stone in every building, and the spectacular and diverse scenery is nowhere to be found, otherwise, in the world.

Quality of life – The life is good in general in Italy! Food is splendid, the wines are nice to the death, but there is even more. The health service and the education can compete against the best ones of the world. Summarised one simply says „La Dolce of vita“.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
